Can I Pay By Purchase Order?

Yes. You can fax a purchase order to: 800-262-1886. Purchase orders are only accepted for annual memberships, not month to month memberships.

What Happens If My Membership Runs Out?

Monthly Subscribers: Your membership is billed to your credit card every month. We will notify you if your credit card expires or if a charge does not go through.

Annual Subscribers: If you purchase an annual subscription, we will notify you 30 days before your subscription expires.

What If I Can’t Find What I’m Looking For?

Do I Still Have Access To the Techniques If I Am No Longer a Member?

No, you will not have access to our techniques if you are no longer a member.

Can I Make Copies of the Techniques?

Yes, as a member of the site you can make as many copies of the techniques as you like for your personal or professional use. Our materials cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Please log into your account and in the right side menu you will see a Members Page link, click that link. Once inside your Members Page/Manage Account area look under Your Payment History and in the Product section use the Cancel link and follow the directions to cancel your subscription.

What Should I Do if I Have Problems Logging In?

One common solution to login problems is clearing out your cookies and cache. For Internet Explorer users, go to the Tools menu in your browser, click on “Internet Options,” then click on the delete button under Browsing History, and choose Temporary Internet Files and Cookies to delete. For Firefox users, go to the Tools menu in your browser, and click on “Clear Recent History.” Choose cookies and cache to clear, close your browser window to reset, and try again. What Should I Do if I Forget my Password?

If you have lost or forgotten your password you can retrieve it by going to the Login Page and under the Lost Password section enter your email address or username then click the “Get Password” button and your password will be emailed to you.

Refund Policy

Month to month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your membership will be cancelled on the last day of your billing cycle. Annual memberships may also be cancelled at any time and your annual fee will be prorated based on the date of cancellation as a percentage of the full annual price of $179.40 (not the discounted price).
